INSANITY FIT TEST RESULTS - Tiyona, RealTruthhurts

http://www.realtruthhurts.com Here I go again with my Insane Phat Ass lol. I can't get enough of Shaun T workouts. Beachbody has other good trainers but shaun's Insanity makes me feel really fit and i love the muscle tone yet sexiness it provides. I am a little upset with myself right now and how i look and how i am performing but i have no doubt in my mind that after this is over...all that will be crushed...just like the back fat :).
We are doing this challenge together as a group, so i hope yal are ready to see a bunch of phat chicks and dudes looking super delicious :). HOLLA BACK...IM A FIT PHATTY !!
 I can tell you one thing is for sure... You have to really give it your all no matter what. I wasnt feeling very "up to " doing the workout, but i told myself that this is like oxygen and if i dont do it....i dont breath... and i want to live!
So no matter how I did ...its all about how i do now...! READY SET SUCCESS!!

2 a days for 3 weeks - today - turfofire and insanity the asylum

MAKING IT HAPPEN!! I just finished both workouts! i feel really good about doing both workouts. turbofire hiit 25 AND Insanity the Asylum Strength workouts. yea im Dedicated to My health!! i knew this morning that i could do it. but for some reason there was a little fear in my heart about it. i was scared that i might kill myselff trying to complete these workouts. then i thought about it... am I not worth dying for? Yes , yes i am! so from this point forward I decided that I will workout my hardest , even if it kills me. If i dont workout, it will  kill me, so either way im done. so why not make sure i am at least sexy and fit for my "last" party.
I had a great great workout, and had more energy than i thought... even after the workout.
i made sure that i downed the whole thing of recovery formula, because i refuse to be sore tomorrow lol. yea i refuse!!
I will be doing 2 a day workouts on wed- friday every week for a least the next 3 weeks. til aug 1.  Root for me~ tiyona

loving the weights

i just started doing these workouts with more and more weight. and i noticed that since i started doing that, i am getting a lot tigher but not bigger (bulk) just tigher. i love it and how it makes me feel to have the power to lift!

Tiyona's Accomplishment Goals ( june 13, to june 20, 2011

this week is going to be crazy for me. i have the beachbody coach summit this friday through sunday, not to mention the workout they are having with all the trainers. My goals for this week will be geared toward getting to this event and having everything i m going to need to take the notes i need to share with my team.

Mental-i am getting an extra camera battery and sd card. i will also be brining an extra camera!  i dont want any reasons to miss any bit of info. the event last year was crazy fun and informative and i cant wait.

My fitness- the goal this week is to do , 2 a days , monday through wednesday and off thursday and friday, so i can do the big workout on saturday. why 2 a days, well i want to make sure i am in tip top and dont get winded. i plan on having a blast!!

my financial goal- this week, i have to find out about my student loans. GRRR . i just finished school like two weeks ago and got my confirmation email. so time to move the next step...a 10 year deferment lol. jk

SEXY AB workout with Weighted Hula Hoop + my thoughts first



Facebook http://www.facebook.com/fitphatty Fit Phatty Fitness http://www.fitphatchicks.info hey all. i have been doing some different workouts lately. not everything i do is beachbody dvds and workouts. yes beachbody has some great workouts, but ineed to do more so that I can see more results. I found this hula hoop in Jan. I saw it at the big 5 and didnt want to get it because i thought, you the hell pays 20 for hula hoop. Then i read a little more about it and then i went and bout my weighted hula hoop.
my weighted hula hoop weights about 3 lbs but it makes about 1000X the burn is what it feels like. I will be asking my Fit Phattys to ge their own Hula hoop soon, so we can all workout together doing this. Hula hooping is great!!i hear people talkin about the WII fit hula hoop but i havent tried it so i can;t tell you one is better than the other. but what i can say is,,,, this def works for me
