Tiyona's Accomplishment Goals ( june 13, to june 20, 2011

this week is going to be crazy for me. i have the beachbody coach summit this friday through sunday, not to mention the workout they are having with all the trainers. My goals for this week will be geared toward getting to this event and having everything i m going to need to take the notes i need to share with my team.

Mental-i am getting an extra camera battery and sd card. i will also be brining an extra camera!  i dont want any reasons to miss any bit of info. the event last year was crazy fun and informative and i cant wait.

My fitness- the goal this week is to do , 2 a days , monday through wednesday and off thursday and friday, so i can do the big workout on saturday. why 2 a days, well i want to make sure i am in tip top and dont get winded. i plan on having a blast!!

my financial goal- this week, i have to find out about my student loans. GRRR . i just finished school like two weeks ago and got my confirmation email. so time to move the next step...a 10 year deferment lol. jk
