Shred me please

What's up Phatty,
So today was a Great day to die. Because we killed it lol.
I know its supposed to be Saturday morning and I should be sleeping until eight. Then getting up to watch cartoons ,but nope.
I decided along time ago that I was going to sleep in and if I did, my latest would be six am.
Today I was at the gym at four, 4 am. Thanks goes out to Natalia Smith , she is definitely about that Fit Phatty fit life and doesnt hesitant to kick ass! Nice to have a partner thats an owl too lol.
Whooooo
Today's workout,
Asylums 1+2, ab shredder, then strength for 45 mins. Then we burned up our buns with kick bacjs, squats, and plenty of weight.
Now time to stretch, shower, and eat.  Now I got ish to do, so See ya later Phatty

Banana breakfast

Got my steel cut oats and bananas. I decides to go for a slow burning breakfast since Im going to be on the road today.

You gonna eat yo corn Bread..

No meat good phat eat! Red beans and rice w a small side of corn Bread.
Today I decides to have some veggie gumbo but they didnt have it.
So i has a veggie healthy classic. I wanted.hush puppies but they has bacon bits, so no thanks....got corn Bread.
We Aldo sampled fried pickles and beignets, which means Im running tomorrow and they were linda worth it lol.
I enjoyed my meat free meal.
Feeling good and sexy about my decisión.
Now...."beans and corn Bread had a fight. Beans knock corn Bread out of sight.... ":)

Slow pokin saturday

I was so slow this Morning. I woke up feeling slow and sluggish. Not Sure Why.
I pysched myself to get up. Chanting...Phatty,phatty, phatty to myself.
Lol it worked.
Clothes on, dvds, water, shakeology and and Fit phatty attutitude. I must say I was prepared.
Today workout....asylum vol one and stretching.
I took it Easy...arent you proud of me :).
Tonight... Asylum vol 2 , ab shredder dvd.
My phat ass gots goals!

Damn what a workout ! Insanity the Asylums

Todays workout was no joke. We as in Michael and I decides to asylum vol one again.
Today was day one. We had a Fit test and the First workout, speed amd agility.
I have done a1 before...a couple of times. We will see what Really happens When I give it my all and eat  clean and Take shakeology and my recovery fórmulas.
The time has come for me to show ME whAt i can do.

121lbs Vs 130lbs - Hot Hips
I wanted to push myself today and see what i may be capable of . I weighed in yesterday morning at 120.8lbs, I was a little surprised to see that number on the scale. To be honest, I thought I weighed more
My main concern is my measurements. I am attempting to keep my waist to hip ratio at 10-12 inches in difference. Yep, going for Super Sexy Fit Phatty!

Now that you know what i'm up to check out the video and see for yourself :)
The weight I am attempting to do is 130lbs with a set of 10. i think would be a good challenge for me.
I hadnt done it before and i dont know if i will be able to get to 10 but i am going to try. I find that when i breathe , when the workout is getting hard, then I am able to better push through.
