EAT ANTS!! - REALTRUTHHURTS FAV'S




HUNGRY, EAT ANTS for a Sweet Snack?
Try "Ants on a Log" ! Very Good to the Taste Buds and to the Waist line!! Its like Cheating..but NOT! :)

Find the Healthy way to snack with Ants on a Log.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon peanut butter or soy nut butter
1 stalk celery
Raisins
Preparation:
Wash and cut off ends of celery. Spread peanut butter or soy nut butter on each stick of celery. Top with a few raisins.

Makes 1 serving

Enjoy!!!!

PLAY MODE : really in life


Really in life, sometimes things just get in the way. Or they attempt to. I have found that i know i need to MAKE it happen. There is no way that i will allow another day to go by that i don’t do my due diligence, for myself, for my family and for my body. We have too much potential in us to let lie dormant. Wake up and move. because this is NOT a movie and there is NO Pause button . You are Always in Play Mode, really in life.

Smaller Waist line - 6 week Challenge- FIT PHATTY WEEK 5 CHALLENGE (6weeks ABS)

! This is one of the Weekly Challenges that will be done In ADDITION to other Challenges during the 6 week challenge period.
TAKE PICTURES ON DAY 1, Day 7, Day 14… AND MEASUREMENTS on Day 1, Day 14 , Day 30, and Last Day! Do this BEFORE YOU START YOUR FIRST WORKOUT!! POST YOUR RESULTS AS A COMMENT!!




Do these workouts all in the same day.
3 sets of Each Move 1, 2, and 3
MOVE 1
Beginners – 15 each side
Advance – 40 each side
Intermediate – 100 EACH SIDE
MOVE 2
Beginners – 25
Advanced – 50
Intermediate – 100 @ lower weight (20lbs)
Move 3
Beginner – 20
Advanced – 40
Intermediate - 80
Every Other Day, for 6 (Six) Weeks
Weight to use : up to 30lbs

Gloves
(At Home) Resistance Bands to use: Green 10-15lbs if resistance (Move 1, Move 2)

Talk to WAlk to Run -


Got up this morning in a crazy mood. I was still thinking about all the cramp the full moon brought to me. Well anyways. So I went out this morning with the intention of just using my phone to get better signal. I had to make a call real quick before I did my abs work. Well while was out there. I started walking and talking. Before I knew it I had already made it like two blocks. So as soon as the conversation was over and my phone was safely in my pocket. I took off! I just went and started to run. I don’t know what was taking over my legs but they were moving.
I started to think of all the things that we keep a hold on my brain. The more and more I thought about the shit in my life that was trying to keep me from advancing...the faster I ran,,the more I felt the need to succeeed and beat out all those who hate on progress of any kind, mine or anyones, I begin to run harder.
I ran and ran and ran. Before I knew it I had probably ran about 1 whole mile! I know you are thinking what the fu(k ! one mile. Yes, 1 mile. That 1 mile is MY 1 mile! It has been a long time since I felt the engery and the power to fun so hard and fast. Putting my whole heart and emotion in running is what it took. It was like being able to punch and kick those things that make you unhappy without lifting a finger. It’s the best kind of fight.
It’s the best in the sense, of it doesn’t matter if I win or lose, I still win! I got pushed and pushed back; T got fed up and didn’t give up. Now I don’t know how much of an ass aching imp going to have tomorrow but I know one thing….Today I feel like a champ! 1/20/2011
