Slow pokin saturday

I was so slow this Morning. I woke up feeling slow and sluggish. Not Sure Why.
I pysched myself to get up. Chanting...Phatty,phatty, phatty to myself.
Lol it worked.
Clothes on, dvds, water, shakeology and and Fit phatty attutitude. I must say I was prepared.
Today workout....asylum vol one and stretching.
I took it Easy...arent you proud of me :).
Tonight... Asylum vol 2 , ab shredder dvd.
My phat ass gots goals!
