Don't be so Salty! - Healthy Eating ! Fat to Phat Challenge



Hey Yal. Okay i noticed that alot of you like to salt your food before during and after your cooking it. I know that it what we are use to but it is not what we should be doing to our food and our bodies. Learning to reduce your salt intake will help decrease your risk of high blood pressure and other problems.
Its bad enough that the food is already processed, it does NOT help that we continue to add other products to the "food" that makes it and us weak.
Some people may think that just becuase ythey are cooking their own food that its healthier. This can be the truth IF the person cooking is aware of the ingredients they are using, how much they are using and the effects of that ingredient on the body. There is more to fitness and cooking than broiling something, instead of frying. You have to really truly consider what is happening to the food and how it will affect your weightloss and fitness journey!

TurboFire 45 Class My butt kicking :)

Turbo Fire 45 class
I jus t finised the workout and could not wait come to talk about it. I am still standing here in my sweat typing away because im home alone and I need to tell someone! When I first started today I wasn’t really in the mood. I was tryin to find excuses on when I should do my workout. I even said on facebook that im going to do my turbo fire 45 class and then do my hiit 20 after dinner. Okay well the thing is . is that I am doing the 5 day inferno and I am pretty sure im surrpose to do these workouts back to back so I will. But about TurboFire Fire class 45. It had some good music on their, I like the trina, aint naw chick. I think that’s how you spell it. Well anyway, tha was on there so that got me going and then there was some oldies from when I was younger. Im gonna say how young :o) . I got a good sweat with this workout. Not too many jumps or dips. It was pretty good on my legs . I mean I don’t feel like I might have sore knees or anything. This workout was really good for the core, I know I am going to feel this in the morning. Well I just wanted to get that out. Now I have to get myself watered up for tehe HIIT 20 class!! OH NO! I know one thing,,these inches or this fat better get off!!
