DAY 8 OF 84 DONE! P90X INSANITY HYBRID

Another Day DONE! I am feeling really good and accomplished this last week or so , its been very interesting that this hybrid , is fun!. Today was p90x Chest and Back followed by Ab ripper X and I think i did pretty good. Im sure I did. My numbers will increase. I can feel the burn in my shoulders now as i type this out. I am going to do another shot of recovery formula before I pass out today. I dont want to hurt tomorrow.
Here are my numbers for DAY 8 OF 84 P90X INSANITY HYBRID - TEAM FIT PHATTY ACCOUNTABILITY.

Standard Pushups   20   /   21
Wide Front Pushups    10  /  11
Military Pushup   12/   11
Reverse Grip Chinup     4   /   5

I am going to track these numbers the closest of all the moves done in this workout. I want to focus on building a nice back. I cant do much about the breast area , im sure thats going to turn out the way its going to turn out. I can tell that Iamgetting stronger on the ab ripper x workout.
