i would like to accomplish:
1. doing my p90x insanity hybrid everyday and earlier than i have. i want to start (tomorrow)making up at 430 and completing the hybrid.
2. take daily photos and organize them by 2pm
3. take my weekly measurements by saturday 10 am
4. call all the people on my list and get them the help they want
5. have the meetings with coaches and the others in the group
6. go all the 8 in8 workouts this week. dont miss any in a day. thursday by 6pm
7. get a hair cut tomorrow
self agreement
these are the goals ihave for myself this week. i will not let myself down because these things need andhave to be done in order for my life to be successful. one step at a time, but just keep stepping.
