got up this morning, in a funky mood. my cycle is really tripping this month but thats okay, i will win. so im half way through this morning workout and im taking a break.i normally dont have to but being that im loosing important essentials, its making it hard. i had a 1/2 a cup of shakeology before the workout and now im having the other half. im gonng do some recovey formula in a minute and see if that helps too.
i dont go as hard on "these days" as i normally do but i do keep working out. if not i would be hurting more with cramps and i would turn into a bitch...i mean super duper bitch. welli feel better and im ready to get back to the 2nd half. i have more jump rope left and then im off for the bike ride to finish it off.
BOTTOM LINE...NO BS...NO EXCUSES!! ttyl
