night biking - quick workout



my night bike ride was GREAT! i just got back. i feel like i just plumped up my butt about 8 inches lol . i was pedaling up hills and all. rode to kmart, the 99cent store, and 7/11.


I must have went about 5 miles tonight, which is really good, especially since it was an unplanned "workout". I like gettting my workouts in when they dont feel like workouts at all!! I got some new towels which i am going to use tonight to wash this stank off lol. see ya latas
