hey Fit Phatty, i would like to show you all a move that you can do to help, shape your "Phatty" and legs. It will depend on YOU, on how much weight you use. i use this weight because its comfortable and it works my muscles.
I would like to see you all if you are going to do this workout, do it ,
3x a week every OTHER day. If you want to JUST tone, dont use heavy or weight at all. If you want to build the muscles. use the weight.
WORKOUT:
-Start with a 2 Min Jumping Jack Warm up
-25 EACH LEG For 4 Sets,
(Total of 100 Lunges for Each side. )
- Stretch
If you can't do 25, do 10 at a time, take a 20 sec Break, and just keep going until you are done!
You will Need:
Water
Towel
Gloves
---Im going for about 1.5 inches more. so wish me GOOD BUTT LUCK :).
