Todays workout so no joke. I was so winded but i got it in. I know that i am stronger than i was a few weeks ago. i can feel the strength and the power in my arms and i know i am doing the DAYUM Thang :) lol. I have just about , a little under an inch to go before i am at my goal and we only have few more weeks, so , time to AMP IT UP ! , i have to make sure im eating right and know that my food is the most important factor.
