I see now that after all this time of working out and doing my walking lunges and working my bootay /. glutes taht its time for me to upgrade. i need to do more for my bootay because it has gotten so strong that if i dont i will be working out for nothing and i dont want to do that. so here is what im going to do. i am going to find myself some more plates. i really love using these plates. they are the best for walking lunges and they really make a difference in my workouts. i can use them for a lot fo things and that makes my workouts go very well. i know that working the butt is very important to alot of people and it should be because its the muscle that yeilds a lot of POWER and gets a lots of LOOKS. having a nice ass shows that you have good health all around. so im going to upgrade to 35 to 45lb plates. not sure which im going to do but i am going up in weight. so wish my butt and me luck. see you on the sexy side.
