Tiyona's Goals to Accomplishments for 6/6 to 6/13/ 2011

My Accomplishment this week: I would like to get my lung capcity up enough to where, when riding my bike this week, i can keep with a constant pedalling for 10mins straight, while in standing position.
My food goal is to take more shakeology, less meat. i did the opposite last week and im paying for it now!!
My mental goal is to get 2 new books, one entertainment, 1 educational
