Here is a little arm workout you might like to try. i like to do these to help build strength in my arms so i can do pullups. hope it helps.
I have found that as long as I can do a certain amount of diamond pushups, i knew i would be able to do at least one pullups.
I suggest that someone would do this workout 3x a day, 3x a week, every other day.
When i do diamond pushups, i work my arms, chest and back and those are the needed workouts, to gain strength, to do a pullup.

arms, abs, and arc - early gym workout
MORNING ! up early and on my way to the gym to work on my Abs, Arms, and get pumped up on the ARC machine. I love my body and will do what it takes to take care of it, even if it means getting up 2 hours early to give it a good workout. WHAT ARE YOU WORKING TODAY?!
