WORKOUT DETAILS: http://www.realtruthhurts.com I am working toward my thong goal. I know that apart of getting my buns to be lifted and round i have to work it with moves that go low. Like Shaun T says in his Videos, "you have to go down before you can go up" , so that's what im doing. Details on this workout at my blog. When I do this workout I really feel it the next day DEEP in my bootay cheeks. The way the workout works. You need to have a smith machine or at least that is what I’m using. Tiyona’s Phat Bottom Workout: Equipment: Smith Machine or Weighted Bar The weight The weight is up to you. I use heavy weight. I determine heavy weight, meaning any weight that is hard for me to lift after 5 reps. Then I know I am working my muscles. For me this weight can be anywhere from 140+ pounds. Minimum Weight: 140lbs+ using two 45lbs plates (90lbs), two 25lb plate( 50lbs), and two 10lb weights on each (20lbs) side The Movement Knees BEHIND Toes , ( almost like a wall squat position) and Then sit back as IF there were a very low chair. DO NOT let your bootay go lower than your knees!! Reps 12-15 Sets 4 The workout might look easy however you will feel it when you start to get deep into the move. HOW OFTEN: I repeat this workout 2 times a week. With at least 2 days in between. Results come in recovery. Now get your Phatty to work. See you on the Sexy side.
