DAY 1: Take a Picture of Yourself (ESPECIALLY YOUR FACE)the Morning or Night Before you Start THIS Challenge. Take Note of the time you took the photo and try to take it around the same time of day/night. - Drink Two (2) Eight Ounce cups of Water FIRST thing in the morning!

-Do this EVERY MORNING For 8 Weeks!

 -EACH WEDNESDAY Take & Post Your Photo of Your Face/skin here to the Network &/or Share on Fit Phatty Facebook. www.facebook.com/fitphatty You can even Create an Album for this Challenge.
