Asylum 2x today its gonna hurt tomorrow! :)

I think, no , i KNOW todays workout might be hard. im going on a bike ride now, then i have 2 Insanity workouts. Strength and Back to Core. i missed doimg all of the workout yesterday, so i gotta make up for it... aagggghhhhhhhhhh !!! see what asylum is and then you will see what the hell im talking about. i am giong to def need to do some serious stretching and recovery. I will not take a rest day until, my actual rest day comes back up on the schedule. (Saturday).
