LOST ON MY BIKE RIDE & i learned something




So today I call myself going on a quick bike ride. I left out the house at 5:56am and was on the road and riding by 6:02am. I was not sure of where I was going to go this morning all I knew is I wanted to go for a ride. I had not been in a while; I kind of hurt my back a couple days ago and in was letting it rest. But when I left good enough to get on it I did, which was today.
Okay so this is what had happen: P. I got LOST this morning. Yes yes, on my bike riding around I could not, for the life of me figure out what direction I was facing. See, Los Angeles streets don’t go directly north, or south, they curve and you will not know where the hell you are. See I just moved out here so I am still getting use to this. Anyways. So I ended up riding 6 MORE MILES than I planned to and to make it worst, that ish was uphill for 2 miles straight!!!


I turned down a street I don’t usually go, even driving and that did it! I was jamming out on my bike with my music so hard, I didn’t realize where I was going. I was having sooo much fun on my bike that I just had to go go go.
So I FINALLY figured out where I was after having to put my ear to the ground and throw some grass in the air….THAT WAY!! Is what My spidey senses were telling me. Then I got to a familiar street and didn’t know which way was THE way to go…so I guess…I guessed right!! : P
So when I got home, I decided that I may as well keep with the self-torture. I went upstairs, grabbed my 25lbs plates, 2 of them, went out back and started on that bootay. I did 3 sets of walking lunges, don’t know how many, but the length was about 40 feet back and forth. I also did some donkey kicks, jump rope, and I took my barbell bar out and I did some small waist workouts.

I feel really good about my workout today. I know I did more than I expected to do, but to me that says, I need to stop BS’n around. I am more capable then I try to be. So from today forward, I’m going to give my all. …I’M WILLING TO DIE FOR IT (MY LIFE, HEALTH, HAPPINESS)
