Tiyona Journey INSANITY THE ASYLUMDAY 2 WORKOUT 1 SPEED AND AGILITY
What a workout! I knew that Shaun was a beast but damn why didn’t anyone warn me. Well I guess that warning the scrolls at the beginning of the DVD is not to be taken lightly.
I got up at 545 am this morning and I am sure that I was trying to avoid actually starting this workout. I did the fit test yesterday and I knew from that this was going to be NO JOKE. As today as I am walking around the house, with my glass, half full of water with a pile of dry P90X recovery formula on top. As I walk and stir, I look over to the clock and it’s like 615! Really Tiyona, you just walked around the house, “getting ready” for 30mins! Okay get your stuff together and get outside.
So I get everything, and im outside within 5 mins. As I set up, I think to myself, should I pray first or should I just do my last rights, because I think I might die today during this workout. I was willing to, yes die, for my health, so I got started.
My ladder is out and my jump rope is ready. We start… 5 mins later and 2 maybe 3 gallons of sweat later, the warm up Is over and it’s time to start the real workout….. HOW THE HELL WAS THAT A WARM UP!! LOL. It wasn’t that bad actually, I just like to exaggerate for my own ego , makes me feel like a killer . Yea, killers use smiley faces.
We got to the “ab progression” move and man, oh man! That is going to not only be my challenge move but I think it may become my favorite. The ab progression calls for you to have yourself in plank position over your agility ladder. The move is for you to bring both feet in box 1, 2, and/or 3. Level 3 being the hardest. My goal is to be able to do Level 3 every time with this move, non-007Azz007Astop. Then if that becomes too easy, then I will try to go for the fourth box! If that’s safe for my body of course.
The other move, like the “bear crawl” was good to. You have to go up and down the length of the ladder and then at the end of it, hands in, then go backwards. Make sense? If not, then get your own Insanity the Asylum Dvd set Loll. Then you can get your butt kicked with me.
I know one thing, my birthday is August 1, and I will complete this a couple days before and I plan to be the hottest, sexiest 30 something these parts have seen. Wish me Strength and Determination!!
