Cleanse & core

i started my shakeology 3 day cleanse yesterday and i know you aren't suppose to workout to it. so what i thought i would do is instead of oding NOTHING , which i seem to be allergic to, i decided to do some Turbofire core 20 with coach nikki aka 1fitmama4life. i saw her post this morning that she was going to do TF core 20 and i thought well why not join her! See i know that im going touse my abs everyday all day, walkiing, running, standing,,etc..sooo what difference would it make.. ..ALOT lol i was working my core and i could tell that I was goiin a little slower but i was doing it. I made sure to stretch really well.

so you know how you should eat right after you workout. Well since im onthe cleanse, what i did was break up my breakfast serving. so for the clease you are to have a shake and fruit bowl for breakfast. What im did was have the shake and im going to have the bowl of fruit in a couple of hours.!

because i got up at 4am i dont want to have to stop eating at 6pm and feel hungry until 8 or 9,

so im ging to have the shake now (530) and thent eh fruit 730. then ill have my first snack at the time, i would had i started breakfat at 730! lol yea i just tyyped that. lol.

but anyways. i feel good, i got it in..no other workouts will be done today..i dont want to take away from what my body needs try to make it look like i want!
