Tiyona, RealTruthHurts Coaching Site http://www.realtruthcoaching.info Hey All, It has been a while since i posted my videos here on youtube. I have been making them but youtube just keeps giving me problems, so NOW check out my blog so youtube won't be a problem.
During this year i went through a little fitness roller coaster. I found myself losing the weight and inches and then all of a sudden the car acident! that car accident really messed me up. well anyway, enjoy the video and follow me on facebook!
