http://www.fitphatchicks.info today is another day in the insane ward with Insanity the Asylum back to core workout today. i really really enjoyed todays workout. I have done Asylum this year already once, but that is time is mine. hen i did todays workout I was feeling to good about my perfomance. i didnt know i was that strong and it feels good to know.
its like a mental christmas gift to know that you are accomplishing your goals.
I m going to keep on thi journey and keep giving it my all until i lose all the weight, fat, bs, and excuses that i have been carrying around.
