Got my but up and got my FIRE ON! I did TurboFire HITT 25 and 5 mins. of hula hooping cuz I didn't have time for a whole core workout but I got it in!

I CHEATED!! Ab Work... Today!! TURBO FIRE CORE 20

I think i may have cheated a little. Today i am on week 3 day 2 of the Turbo fire 20 week schedule, however, the workut for today is HIIT 20 Class with the Stretch 10 but i got up and did the Core 20 this morning. I was short on time and I didnt have time to get my hair all sweaty and have to straighten it lol. yes i didnt do my workout this morning because of my hair. I just straigten it and i am not about to let it get all big again. lol well not before my meeting i have this morning. after that i could care less...SOOOO that means that tonight I will be doing my regular, HIIT 20 and the stretch. I didnt want to NOTHINg , so i did that lol and im glad i idid. i always feel stronger and sexier after i do my abs. no matter how much flab may be on them,,they are all mine :)
