Here is your challenge today. If you want to get strong and nice legs, try these Wall Squats.
(remember all challenges are at your own risk )
-Find a Wall or Door way.
-With your back against the wall go into a 90 Degree Squat.
-Knees together.
-Hold this Position for 45 Seconds
-Stand up for 10 Seconds
and Repeat Squat for 1 minute ,
ADVANCED?
-Stand for 10 seconds
and if you want to be advanced, Repeat this until you have reached 5 Mins or Muscle Failure.
