Be Challenged - 2 Min Leg Challenge

Hey Fit Phatty Here is your challenge today. If you want to get strong and nice legs, try these Wall Squats. (remember all challenges are at your own risk )
-Find a Wall or Door way.
 -With your back against the wall go into a 90 Degree Squat.
 -Knees together.
-Hold this Position for 45 Seconds
-Stand up for 10 Seconds and Repeat Squat for 1 minute ,  
ADVANCED? -Stand for 10 seconds and if you want to be advanced, Repeat this until you have reached 5 Mins or Muscle Failure.
