Insanity the Asylum - Speed & Agility & Strength - After thoughts - CLIPS COMING! RealTruthHurtsTV

http://www.realtruthhurts.com TODAY i decided to lose my mind and i did both Insanity the Asylum - speed and agility but then i also turned right around and i did Insanity the Asylum - strength workout. Once i was done with that workout i did my legs, my butt, and my abs.
i know i worked out for about 3 hours today but it was worth it.
i feel great and i know that i am not going to short myself on any opportunity to make myself better. hope you are doing the same for yourself!
