ABS & ASS FIT PHATTY CHALLENGE - 3MIN WORKOUT SET

 3 min workout set - Fit Phatty
Hey all, We are not BS'n around here at Fit Phatty. Here is an Abs & Ass Challenge that i thought i would share with everyone and not just those Fit Phatty of the Success Network.

How many Days/Sets/Reps ?

MON, WED, FRI ( both in the a.m and p.m. )/ 3 - 4 Sets / Reps - 25 or as many as can be done PROPERLY in 1 minute.
Workout - Start with Right Side for 1 Minute, take a 15-30 second break, Repeat Move starting with Left Side. Repeat 3 - 4 times, Every other day.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
1. A Chair if you need help with form
2. A camera if you want to post your video response to this challenge
3. NO BS, NO EXCUSES Attitude
Get your abs and ass right and tight before the summer comes. Feel confident and Free in Your New body! The sooner you start working o, the sooner you will be less FAT! Easy as getting off your ass and doing something about it, no go and do something about it ! :)
