This is my workout summary for today.

Todays workout was started by doing the ARC machine for 30 mins. I burned like 360+ calories and when .95 miles.

I was also wearing my weighted vest, so i know i burned more calories than it says, PLUS, i did Insanity the Asylum today! Yes I did! I did the strentgth workout.

On some of the workout moves, i had to stop and jump rope instead. My shoulder was hurting me and I couldnt not continue without possible injury.

Once i finished the Strength workout, i went to workout my glutes. i actually did 100lb kick back today! so proud of myself!

Preworkout meal: 1 serving of p90x recovery formula

Post workout meal: 1 OH YEA! bar and half serving of recovery formula.
