P90X – INSANITY HYBRID DAY 1 – P90X CHEST & BACK / AB RIPPER X ( TIYONA’S JOURNEY)


P90X – INSANITY HYBRID
Day 1  Session 1 : P90X Chest and Back
Session 2: P90x Ab ripper
Today I start a new journey. I am going where some have tired to go but had to stop or turn around. Well not me. I have officially started my P90X Insanity hybrid and I won’t stop until I reach the last day. This journey is takng me from Labor Day Weekend to Thanksgiving Day. MAYBE this will keep my Phat self under control during the holidays. I took my fit test yesterday and I did GREAT! Well I did it, so that has to count for something.
Today I got up and was getting my workout area together and I was thinking to myself, what have I gotten myself into . I was looking at the DVDs , flipping through them as if I had nothing to do. Then I realized what was going on…. I was slowly but surely making an excuse or finding a reason not to do the workout. I immediately snapped out of that funk and said to myself, “Get your Phat butt over to the TV, put the disc  in and get to it already.
As I mix and shake my P90X Recovery Formula with my water, I put in the DVD watched the player take it in like a child does a Waffer on 1st Sunday and then I smiled. When I heard the disc spin and then I could hear that guitar wawa on the P90x sound track I knew it was time. Time that I got up and let Tony and Shaun back into my life.  When I was with Tony before he treated me good, He was hard on me in his funny way but it made a difference in my LIFE. Shaun has this way of making you get up  and move and then the forced action become voluntary because you start to like the pain.
Well back to Chest and back. I found my numbers to be a little bit low. So here is what they looked like. I have to admit on some of the moves I was so into my form I forgot to count! However, I got most of them.

The rounds below mean, the first half of todays workout, then round 2 is the 2nd half.
