I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE (8/8 - 8/10)
breakfast,
M: eggs and toast with juice
T: pineapple slices with a cup of lemon tea
W: Kashi Cereal and a shakeology to go.
LUNCH:
M: turkey sandwhich with rye bread and spinach. and apple
T: light veggie spagehetti,
W: fish tacos, brownrice, black beans.
SNACKS
:M: fruit bowl
T: shakeology with fruit mix
W: hummus and pita slices. Thanks Tiyona :D
