
I got up this morning with the sudden urge to do TurboFire Hiit 15...again! Its something about that workout. Between that one and the Turbofire HIIT 25, I can't
hardly decide on some days which to do. I know there is a schedule that comes with Turbofire but i think once you have experienced the sweat of the HIIT workouts, that
can change your mind a little.
So, instead of jumping right into doing the Turbofire HIIT 15, i did the core 20 first. I noticed that if i can get my ab work in before my HIIT workouts then I have
a better chance of actually doing my ab work ! i get to a point sometime when i feel like, bombed and i just want to get in the shower immediately after to let me
know the workout is finally over, on those days, doing abs first is always agood idea.

So I got down and I did my core 20. I feel like I can do better on that too. I was struggling a little today, not just in core 20 but in hiit 15 as well.
When it came time to workout, my workout went at a moderate pace. I was following Ally, today. I ddint have all the strength i needed but i had some. As i kept
going and going, i noticed a little bit of power boost , here and there. The finally by the last segment I was jumping and flying in the air. I guess I needed to warm
up a little more. I didnt want to take it too hard because of the doctor putting me off of exercise these last two days. I didnt want to go in all gun ho!
Well my workout was great! I know i must have burned some weight today and I know that if i keep going, I will be down to 20% body fat in no time! I got some abs I want
to see and I will be working hard so I can!
