I have a lot of things going on in my life and i KNOW if i dont make this list of goals once a week, im screwing myself. So here is my small list of goals I will make happen this week.
I have 3 a mental, physical and a business related goals.
Mental - to finish my current book . Finish the last few chapters and make a list of the next couple of books i want to read.
Physical- to do more pullups. I would like to have my Phat ass up on the bar doing 25 Pullups (in a row-ish) by the end of the week. I can currently do 20.
Business related- new plates. I need to get my car registration completed for california. My temporary will expire on june 30th so no time for playing around.
I will make these happen this week, because there just any other option. I dont want to let my Fit Phattys down and we are WINNING!!
