breakfast- shakeology chocolate with a scoop of amp whey protein and cup of water
snack- handful of frosted mini wheats and a half banana.
lunch- 1/4lb of ground sirlion over rice and sauteed veggies. over 2 tbsp of noodles. 1 cup of greenberry shakeology
mixed with almond milk and frozen mangos. mmmmit was soooo good! lol (try it)
snack- handful of skittles :)
dinner- cauliflower, lima beans, chicken, rice (brown & steamed). along with a salad and some good ole WATER! :) oh and crescent roll
