i watched my food today. i had a turkey sandwich with no condiments. i used the smoked turkey by boars head and ezkel bread. It was sweet and good and like i said i added NOTHING to it..and umm well..i likes my sauce lol ;)
Its hard enough to eat right. of course i have been replacing two meals a day with shakeology and i saw that i lost 8lbs this Jan 2011 and i thought wow. For me not to be working out has hard core as i was and the only thing that i have done different is replace an extra meal with the shakes. I am happy to do that! :)
However, i know that when i eat food i need to KNOW what im eating and watching, Its time i make sure i keep myself in check. You know how , when you lose a few lbs you start slacking and Bsin around. Well not me this time. I am NOT picking that weight back up... no no no..
Well i want to get the fat burned, so i am going to switch to the Ezkel bread, but dont plan to eat too much bread and i am going t ocut out the red meats and get my protein from Shakeology andfrom Protien (Whey).
