Hey ya'll. I decided that I wanted to show you how I stick my meal plan. You have to have a plan and be willing to stick to it...NO MATTER WHAT! Sometimes we get so wrapped up in other things that we don't eat right and end up spending time on the treadmill to burn off some cookies you aint cause you were hungry. You should not be getting hungry anyways if you are eating your 6 small meals a day. Are you getting that. NO, you know why,,because you don't have a plan. Get yourself in order. RIGHT NOW!
Join the 4 week challenge with me,
We are going to start this Saturday 8-22-09. What you have to do it send me a message and let me know you are going to participate. For the next 4 weeks you have to get a food journal and you have to write down every meal you eat including the time,,yes everything, even if you only had one fry..write it down. The you will send me a message every Sunday by 12pst. If you are able to keep real track of this information I MAY have something for you! Just keep track of it and send it in..Trust me you won't be disappointed.
