Shrimp Salad - Very Delicious and Very Easy

Hey Yall
Looking for a good snack that won't make ya fat. Try my shrimp salad...
What cha need....
1/2 lb of Shrimp
Green peppers
yellow peppers
red peppers
hot sauce/tabasaco
jalapenos (optional)
paprika
pepper
garlic
garlic salt
4 slices of bread (toasted)
foil

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
chop the shrimp into small pieces or keep them big..up to you.
Put chopped shrimp and garlic pieces in a bowl and mix in all the seasons except the hot sauce. Mix well and make sure shrimp is covered evenly. Take foil and make a foil platter ( folding up the edges so the juice does not escape. Pour mixture into the foil and then squeeze enough lemon juice to where the shrimp are half covered. Place in the oven and let this cook for 10 to 12 mintues.
Mix the chopped peppers in another bowl and squeeze in lemon juice, sprinkle paprika, pepper, hot sauce, jalapenos. Once the shrimp is done, let cool then add the pepper mix.
Eat with toast or alone. Makes a really good snack!
