Tiyona's Veggie Pepper Sub
Serves 2
- Make the Jalapeno Bread: Two Hoogie Bun sliced, topped with light cheese and sliced jalapenos. Toast until desired crispiness. The Feel Each Bun with 1/2 of the ingredients below!
- 1/2 OF RED PEPPER - sliced
- 1/2 GREEN PEPPER - Sliced
- 1/2 Jalapenos - Sliced
- 1 Red Sweet Pepper - sliced
- 1 Yellow Sweet Pepper - sliced
- 2 Cups of Spinach
- 2Tbsp of Honey Mustard Dressing
- 6 Slices of Cucumbers Optional
- Artichoke Hearts
- Olives
- Light salt & Pepper
